Project Description

The extension modifies the existing intersection of Park Avenue N/Logan Avenue N/N Southport Drive to create a new public roadway leading north from the intersection. The extension of Park Avenue N will have sidewalks on both sides and a new grade crossing of the BNSF railroad.  

End Result

To provide alternative routes and improve circulation to the Landing and the Southport residential/office development.

Title VI
