Clear your calendars and plan to experience Renton River Days from July 21-23. Renton’s annual family festival and community celebration returns to its pre-COVID three-day run of familiar family-friendly events, plus exciting new ones.
Back this year are activities for all ages at Liberty Park, the parade, rubber ducky derby, pancake breakfast, food trucks, community booths, and musical stage entertainment.
New for 2023 are the summer bazaar, basketball (3-on-3) and volleyball tournaments, swim sessions, a poker walk/pub crawl, and a drone show on Friday night at Piazza Park.
If you’re a resident or business, there’s still time to get involved with River Days activities and sponsorships.
Parade: Applications are being accepted for participation in the Renton River Days parade, sponsored by Brotherton Cadillac, on Saturday, July 22, at 10 a.m. The parade will begin on S 3rd Street and run through downtown. The theme is “Where Community Grows.” All entries should represent the family, child, and senior-friendly nature of the Renton River Days Festival.
Sponsorships: River Days is an excellent opportunity to promote your company and build community. Email [email protected] to become a festival sponsor.
Summer Bazaar: Vendor applications are being accepted for the 2023 Summer Bazaar, formerly Renton River Days Art Market, at the Renton Community Center, Friday through Sunday.
Community Booths: Booths are available for non-profits. All participants must provide an activity that represents families, children, and senior populations.
