  1. Health Screening Questionnaire - https://renton.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1FdAxEn9hnaHgzA
    1. The Health Screening Questionnaire needs to be completed prior to arriving at the gym on game day each week. Only 1 questionnaire needs to be completed per family.
    2. We will also have a QR code posted on the main doors that can be scanned to take you to the Health Screening Questionnaire but it’s recommended you do it at home prior to driving to the game site.
  2. Vaccine verification – Reminder that all individuals 12 years and old (6 month grace period) entering the facility need to show proof of vaccination or a negative test in the past 72 hours.
  3. Capacity concerns – We realize it’s a difficult ask but we ask you try to limit 1 spectator per player.

Helpful Links for Volunteer Coaches

All applicants must be approved by the City's Human Resources/Risk Management Department. All Youth Basketball volunteer coaches will need to provide COVID-19 vaccine verification, per Renton School District facility usage policies.

Once approved, volunteers will be selected and assigned to teams by the recreation coordinator. Volunteers will only be assigned to coach teams in which their child is associated with unless otherwise specified.  All approved volunteers must attend a mandatory volunteer coaches meeting held mid-December.
