S. Cour, Manager
Staff Services Division
Renton, WA 98057

The Staff Services Division is the police department's information gateway.

The Police Service Specialists provide officers and the public with information, process all reports, and manage and release records to the public.

Officers are supported by running records checks, updating data, and preparing cases for the court docket.

Concealed pistol licenses, court orders needing service or entry, and call outs for after-hours service all come through the Staff Services Division.

The division is available 24 hours a day to answer questions and serve the citizens of Renton in person and by telephone.

Fingerprint Services

Due to COVID-19 health concerns and in effort to slow the spread of the virus, fingerprinting services, including original Concealed Pistol Licenses (CPLS), are temporarily suspended until further notice.
