Type 2 Land Use Applications require public notice and a two week comment period. Once a complete application is submitted and all the fees are paid a Type 2 application decision can be issued in 6 to 8 weeks. Examples of Type 2 applications include, Site Plan Review, Short Plat, and Tier II Temporary Use Permits.
