Type 1 Land Use Applications follow a fairly simple and fast process. Once a complete application is submitted and fees are paid the project will be reviewed and an administrative decision will be issued within 1 to 2 weeks, provided your project does not require multi-departmental review. Examples of Type 1 applications that do not require multi-departmental review include Temporary Use Permits for Mobile Food Vendors and Model Homes.  Examples of Type 1 applications that do require multi-departmental review include final plats and Lot Line Adjustments.
