The Renton Police Department partners with CityProtect to provide a picture of crime affecting the different neighborhoods in the city. For the best experience, use Chrome, as CityProtect does not load properly in Internet Explorer. Once on CityProtect:
- Use the search function to locate the City of Renton Agency page.
- To customize the information, click the "Incidents" button, then "Filters" in the upper left corner.
- Select your desired date range, specific days of the week, time range and types of incidents.
- The crime map will load with incidents related to your search.
- Zoom in on the dots until icons appear. View detailed information about incidents by clicking on specific symbols on the map or in the left hand column.
Users can also register to receive notifications about incident updates.
