June 26 - Renton City Concert Band - CANCELLED due to weather

What began in 1986, has grown to what is now the Renton City Concert Band as the Renton Parks and Recreation Community Band on November 13. The band was born from a brainstorming session between several great musicians in the Renton area.

August 7 - Wally & The Beaves

Born out of a mutual love of the music and pop culture from the 50’s, 60’s, 70s & 80s, Wally & The Beaves formed in the spring of 2011 by six of the most respected artists and musicians in the Pacific Northwest.  Their unique show has been gaining a loyal following ever since.  Each member of the band brings a bit of humor by dressing like well-known iconic characters from the past. Audiences are encouraged to come dressed like their favorite character as well.

August 14 - Creme Tangerine

For over a decade Creme Tangerine has been thrilling audiences in the Pacific Northwest with its unique approach to performing the music of the Beatles and favorite classic rock/pop hits. Hailing from Seattle, WA, and including five professional musicians, Creme Tangerine performs for thousands each year and creates a dynamic live music experience filled with energy, fun, humor, and spontaneity known only from the Beatles and this favorite era of popular music.

The Family Fun performances are sponsored by KCLS and held on weekdays at Liberty Park and Heritage Park in conjunction with the free summer meals program.

July 8 - Estrellita Donde Estas

The Date Night concerts are sponsored by the  Renton Downtown Partnership and held on Thursday evenings at the Downtown Renton Parking Garage top floor and Piazza Park from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Free parking is available in the parking garage on levels 1 through 5.

July 11 - M80's

The Seattle M-80's are a rockin' new wave band who will transport you back in time with hits including everything from "Relax" by Frankie Goes To Hollywood to "Safety Dance" by Men Without Hats to "Sweet Child O Mine" By GnR. If you were a wild child of the 80's, The M-80's are the best way to celebrate this memorable decade. 

July 18 - Dana Osborn Band

Piazza Park

Dana is a multi-talented and extremely versatile singer and multi-instrumentalist.  His musical career started at the age of twelve by playing drums with local Seattle Bands R & R Assembly, RedAx, Niko Wind, The Neil Rush Band, American Boy, Bazooka Joe, and Exciter.  Since then he has toured extensively around the country, recorded and/or toured with national talents.
