Projects are weather permitting and unless otherwise noted streets always remain open.

South 14th Street
Monday-Friday

Road Closure on South 14th Street between Smithers Avenue S through Davis Avenue S for utility construction. Approved traffic control plans have been issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Patrick DeCaro, 425-207-6013.

Talbot Road South
Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Single lane closures on Talbot Road South in the vicinity of Valley Medical Hospital related to the construction of the new Medical Office Building.  Questions may be directed to Tom Main, 206-999-1833.

Monday through Thursday, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. (NIGHT TIME)

Lane Closures within the intersection of Talbot Road South and S 43rd Street road and utility constructed related to the new Medical Office Building project. Questions may be directed to Tom Main, 206-999-1833.

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Single lane closures on Talbot Road South in the vicinity of Talbot Road S and S 45th St related to the construction of the new Weatherly Inn project and trucks entering and existing the site. Questions may be directed to Tom Main, 206-999-1833.

South Puget Drive
Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Westbound lane closure of South Puget Drive in the 1500 Block.  Approved traffic control plans have been issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Tom Main, 206-999-1833.

King County Eastside Sewer Interceptor Rehabilitation project

Logan Avenue N
Current through January 1, 2020

Single and double lane intermittent lane closures along Logan Avenue N between N 8th Street and N 10th Street in support of the King County Eastside Sewer Interceptor Rehabilitation project. An approved detour route was issued for the roadway closure and will be followed.  Questions may be directed to Brad Stocco, 425-282-2373 or Justin Johnson, 425-430-7291.

Burnett Avenue N
Current through January 1, 2020

Full road closure on Burnett Avenue N between N 6th Street and approximately 100 feet south of N 6th Street. Road closure is in support of the King County Eastside Sewer Interceptor Rehabilitation project. Both the City of Renton and King County’s Wastewater Division have reached out to property owners along the approved detour route and to affected parties providing advanced notification of the proposed road closure and detour route. In addition, notification was provided in the Renton Reporter and signage was provided in the field prior to road closure. (Resolution 4378 was approved by City Council for the roadway closure of Burnett Avenue N.)  An approved detour route was issued for the roadway closure and the plan is being followed.
