Program Status
Thank you for your patience during this time. Based on your valued input in our recent ‘Return to Play’ survey, given our limited staffing resources, and the Phased Approach to Recovery we sadly cannot offer the variety or volume of programming we able prior to COVID-19. This includes our city offered summer day camp, movie and concert series and aquatics programs.

We however worked hard with our partners to provide small group, outdoor programming options and experiences, starting in Phase 3. The new summer registration date for these programs is Monday, June 29th at 9am, and will only be available via online or by phone.

Note, if we are not in Phase 3 by the start of any in-person course, we may need to cancel it, in order to comply with WA State's Phased Re-Opening Plan mandates. We will be in close communication with all registered participants, and will ensure refunds and/or credits are given.

We also have virtual and home-based programs planned throughout the summer, for more information on these visit: Let's Go Virtual at rentonwa.gov/virtual

Facility Status
We are eager to open Renton Community Center, and are currently making plans to do so safely for both our customers, participants and staff. We anticipate opening sometime in Phase 3, most likely on or near August. Stay tuned for additional details on this.

Renton Senior Activity Center and Highlands Neighborhood Center will not open until Phase 4, hopefully sometime in the fall.

Information on other city facilities is constantly being updated. For the most current status of city facilities, please see the Mayor's COVID-19 Updates or the COVID-19 resources page.
