Kennydale Reservoir Groundbreaking

June 19, 2019, 10 a.m.

WHAT: Groundbreaking event for the water reservoir behind Fire Station 15 in Renton’s Kennydale neighborhood.

The new reservoir is an above-ground design 100 feet above existing ground level with a diameter of about 50 feet. It will be a painted steel tank with artwork approved by the City of Renton’s Municipal Arts Commission. 

Construction is expected to take 12 months.
