Red Ribbon Week

This year 3rd, 4th and 5th grade classrooms in the Renton School District had the opportunity to participate in our Red Ribbon Week Poster Contest.

The Red Ribbon Campaign is the oldest and largest drug prevention program in the nation, reaching millions of young people during Red Ribbon Week, October 23rd – 31st each year. Red Ribbon Week is an ideal way for communities to unite and take a visible stand against drugs.

Our classroom poster contest was a fun and educational way for students to be creative and work together as a class to show why it is important to be drug-free!
