Traffic Impacts
1. Rainier Ave S
Monday, April 22 through Friday, April 26, 24 hours a day. Intermittent lane closure on Rainier Ave S between S 2nd St and Airport Way for construction work. Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Joe Nerlfi, 425-757-9657.
2. Sunset Lane NE
On-going Street Closure (City of Renton Resolution No. 4446). FULL STREET CLOSURE on Sunset Lane NE between NE 10th Street and Harrington Place NE in support the Solera Development Project (LUA20-000305). Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Brad Stocco, 425-282-2373.
3. NE 12th Street
Monday, April 22 through Friday, April 26, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Intermittent lane closure on NE 12th St and Jefferson Ave NE for utility installation. Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Brad Stocco, 425-282-2373.
4. Kirkland Ave NE
Monday, April 22 through Friday, April 26, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Road closure on Kirkland Ave NE between NE Sunset Blvd and NE 12th St for utility installation. Detour route will be provided. Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Brad Stocco, 425-282-2373.
5. NE Sunset Blvd
Monday, April 22 through Friday, April 26, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Intermittent lane closure on NE Sunset Blvd between Edmonds Ave NE and Kirkland Ave NE for construction work. 6. Burnett Ave S
Monday, April 22 through Friday, April 26, 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Northbound lane closure on Burnett Ave S between S 5th St and S 4th St for construction work. Approved traffic control plans were issued for all work and will be followed. Questions may be directed to Rob Blackburn, 206-379-1489.
