RENTON, WA (FEBRUARY 11, 2025) – Each year, the Sound Cities Association (SCA) appoints elected officials for representation on twenty-three regional boards and committees. For 2025, the City of Renton mayor and councilmembers have been appointed to serve on several regional boards and committees.
The Sound Cities Association(SCA) has appointing authority for over 30 regional boards and committees, 23 of which are comprised of seats for elected officials. The Association sends out a Call for Nominations at the end of each year for all open seats on Regional Boards and Committees for the year ahead.
