Looking for a fun, free, and sustainable way to refresh your Halloween costume? Join us for the City of Renton's annual Halloween Costume Swap at Highlands Neighborhood Center (800 Edmonds Ave NE).

Browse hundreds of gently used costumes, accessories, and Halloween treasures for all ages—from babies to adults. Whether you're creating a brand-new look or adding the finishing touches to this year's costume, you're sure to discover something fun. Be sure to bring a reusable bag, and don't miss our festive photo booth where you can show off your new look!

No donation is required to participate, but early costume donations help make the event a success and ensure there's something for everyone.

Costume Donation Drop-Off

Donation Times:

• Highlands Neighborhood Center (800 Edmonds Ave NE)
• Renton City Hall (1055 S Grady Way)

Please donate clean, gently used costumes and Halloween accessories in good condition.
