Customers have the ability to manage their utility accounts; make payments via electronic check, Visa, or MasterCard; set up paperless billing; and autopay.

All account types can pay via phone at 844-791-1505 using a debit or credit card or an electronic check.

If making a payment for an anticipated water shut-off, call the utility billing division at 425-430-6852 during business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., to confirm payment.

Automatic Deduction

Pay directly from checking account. Either register with the epayment system or download the Direct Debit Application(PDF, 56KB) form and follow the instructions. Contact the utility billing division at 425-430-6852 to request a mailed application.
