VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

We invite you to contribute your unique talents and energy toward providing a richer quality of life for your community. The Volunteer Program provides a broad source of expertise, talent, and people power for City programs, as well as an avenue for residents to participate in their local government.

City of Renton Volunteer Opportunities - On-going opportunities are City Hall Lobby Greeter, Youth Basketball Coaches, Special Olympics Basketball Coaches, and Renton Youth Council (RYC) just for teens.  There are many other opportunities within different departments of the City.

Just download a volunteer application so we can contact you when there is an opportunity that matches your interests. Volunteers under the age of 18 years old who are not accompanied to a project or program by an adult/guardian must have a waiver filled out by an adult/guardian.  Download a parent/guardian waiver form.  For more information contact Teresa Nishi at 425-430-6694 or email tnishi@rentonwa.gov.

If you did not find an opportunity to volunteer on the City of Renton list then check out the Community Volunteer Opportunities.

In need of Court-Ordered Community Service Hours.
