Veterans Memorial Park offers a unique setting to view and reflect on the names of over 2,000 veterans etched into granite tile plaques. Each plaque holds special meaning and is a tribute to the country's service members.

Engraved Plaque Application

Honor a U.S. military veteran with an engraved tile plaque at Veterans Memorial Park. The annual application deadline is February 28 to process engraving by Memorial Day. 

• Have the veterans' DD214 ready to upload and the inscription.
• Downloadable Paper Application(PDF, 176KB) or call 425-430-6600 or email veteranspark@rentonwa.gov to receive a paper version.
