Renton Youth Symphony Orchestra's Spring Concert

WHAT: The public is invited to attend the spring concert of the Renton Youth Symphony Orchestra’s 26th season on Sunday, May 5, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. at Carco Theatre. The concert includes works by Sousa, Danzi, Vaughan Williams, Berlioz, Bizet, Suppé and Tchaikovsky. Tickets are $10 for adults or $7 for students/seniors.  
WHO: The Renton Youth Symphony Orchestra is a non-profit youth organization. Sponsored by the City of Renton Community Services Department, the youth symphony has had a 26-year history of offering South King County youth a classical music education. Under the musical direction of Mr. Alexei Girsh, this education includes a full symphony orchestra experience along with classical and jazz solo/ensemble work.
