Hangar/Tiedown Information
Hangars and Tie Downs
The Renton airport has both t-hangars and tie-down spaces available for month-to-month rent. To check availability, please call the airport office at 425-430-7471 or email us and we will get back to you.
Tie Downs
Tie-downs are available at our North Tower tie-down area and are able to accommodate most aircraft. Spots rent for $120 per month which includes all taxes. You will need to provide your own tie down straps.
Transient Tie Downs
The City has four transient tie down spaces available for use. These yellow painted spots are located just south of the Boeing Employees Flying Association and north of AirO on the west side of the airport. Check-in is required with the Airport Manager's office.
Parking at the transient spots is free for the first 72 hours each month. You will be charged $4 per day, starting on the fourth day, if you decide to stay longer. For long term tie down parking or short-stay monthly parking, please see the airport office or check with one of the FBO's.
Hangars
The Airport has 39 t-hangars available for rent. Currently all hangars are occupied and we have started a waiting list. For a non-refundable fee of $100, you can place your name on this list to be notified of future vacancies. T-hangars rent for $444 per month which includes all taxes.
