Saturday, July 24 - Renton River Days Parade

Sponsored by Brotherton Cadillac

Parade Application process is closed.

Spectators line South 3rd St. from Shattuck Avenue to Liberty Park on Saturday, July 24, for Renton's hometown Parade, starting at 10:00 a.m. Parade features the theme, "25 Years of Magic!" and welcomes the annual return of Kent Phillips, of STAR 101.5 FM, as our Parade Announcer.  Entries are expected to be designed or organized in a quality manner and feature high entertainment value for our Parade spectators.  Entries should be creative, unique, decorated, or celebrate this year's Parade theme "25 Years of Magic!"  Incorporating music into entries is always a big hit with the crowds.

For questions about the Parade on Saturday, July 24th, please call Parade Chair Tammy at 425.306.8450 or email at rrdparade@comcast.net

Volunteers are needed to assist with Parade morning set-up, staging, and monitoring intersections for safety.  Please call Tammy if you are interested in volunteering for the Parade.

SPECIAL NOTICE: River Days has a budget to provide a modest contribution to local or visiting marching bands, or other Parade entries with musicians or bands and help offset expenses. Marching bands and musicians really captivate the crowds. Our Parade Committee would like more entries like this to consider.  Please call Tammy to discuss your marching band or musician based Parade entry.
