Parking is limited at Renton City Hall.
In order to provide adequate short term parking for visitors to Renton City Hall, and to minimize traffic congestion, parking on upper level (P3) , will be limited to 2 hours.
Additional parking will be available at Sam's Club, on the east side of their main parking lot. Please note that overflow parking is not allowed near their loading dock. SEE MAP (pdf).
Directions from Bellevue
Take I-405 South. Take exit 2 - follow the sign for Renton/Rainier Avenue. At the first traffic light turn right onto South Grady Way. After approximately a quarter of a mile, turn right into the City Hall parking lot and follow the ramp to the plaza level parking.
Directions from Seattle
Take I-5 South. Take I-405 North, heading towards Renton/Bellevue. Take exit 2 - follow the sign for Renton/Rainier Avenue. At the first traffic light, turn right onto South Grady Way. After approximately a quarter of a mile, turn right into the City Hall parking lot and follow the ramp to the plaza level parking.
Directions from Tacoma
Take I-5 North. Take I-405 North heading towards Renton/Bellevue. Take exit 2 - follow the sign for Renton/Rainier Avenue. At the first traffic light, turn right onto South Grady Way. Take SR 167 North to Renton. Stay on SR 167 as it turns into Rainier Ave. At the first traffic light, turn right onto South Grady Way. After approximately a quarter of a mile, turn right into the City Hall parking lot and follow the ramp to the plaza level parking.
