For more information on Electronic Plan Review, please click here.

The Building department is going paperless for all submittals that require plan review.  That means we will no longer be able to accept paper plans or applications for review.  We will accept plans via thumb drives or disk.  Appointments for submittal will be necessary so we can go over your submittal for completeness and advise you on any changes that need to be made.

In the beginning, we ask that you call The Building Department at 425 430-7200 x1 to schedule your intake appointment At the intake appointment we will look at the electronic files and make sure each document is labeled correctly according to our file standards.  Please take a moment to review our Electronic File Standards for submittal.  We are in the process of updating our requirements for submittal and will have them up on the web very soon.

This is an exciting new step into the future of plan review and we will do our best to provide clear instruction and guidelines for your project submittal.   You can still apply for over the counter and plan reviewed Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical on mybuildingpermit.com. We look forward to working with you on the successful completion of your project. Feel free to contact us for assistance.
