Seahawks HQ South

Seattle Seahawks and Virginia Mason Partner for Training Facilities in Renton

Construction has been completed on the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, headquarters and state-of-the-art training facilities of the Seattle Seahawks.  The new facilities are on the shores of Lake Washington at Port Quendall.  The 200,000-square foot building houses the administrative offices and features a cafeteria, weight room, team auditorium, locker room, lounge, team meeting rooms, indoor turf field, and media production studios. 

"This facility solidifies a new era in Seahawks history and the location along the water is as beautiful as any in the league", said President of Football Operations Tim Ruskell.  After the team completely settles in to their new facility, future Seahawks training camps will be open to the public with as many as 3,000 fans expected in Renton each day.
