No mailed, Fedex, or UPS delivered will be accepted. Sealed bids will be opened and publicly read via the Zoom video-conferencing web application at 2:00 pm, Thursday, April 7, 2026 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 2, 2026. Any bids received after the published bid submittal time cannot be considered and will not be accepted.
