Renton Community Center Banquet Room

Suitable for receptions, parties, anniversaries and business meetings, the Banquet Room can be divided into three sections to accommodate small and large groups. This is a very attractive setting for your wedding reception or other party or big event. The room has beautiful hardwood floors, a wall of mirrors on its south side, and rolling doors that open onto an expansive patio.

  • Kitchen: Yes
  • Cleanup: Not provided
  • Other Equipment: Available (additional fees may apply)


  • Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m. (5 hour minimum)
  • Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m. (10 hour minimum)

Note: This time includes set up and clean up. Hours over the 10 hour minimum may be purchased but use of the facility is restricted to no later than 1:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.  Monday - Thursday rentals available on a limited basis (3 hour minimum). Banquet Room:
Reservations may be made up to one year in advance and require a $550 security deposit to secure the date. 
Events for minors (under 21 years of age) must end by 10:00 p.m.

The facility is not available for rental during Renton River Days or on the following holidays:
Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.

Banquet Room Rental Rates:
Friday (5 hour minimum):
      Residents - $650/Non-residents - $750
Saturday (10 hour minimum):
      Residents - $1300/Non-residents - $1500
Monday - Thursday (3 hour minimum):
      Residents - $85 (per hour)/Non-residents - $90 (per hour)
Kitchen Fee (Monday - Thursday):
      Residents - $100/Non-residents - $100
Additional Weekend Hours:
      Residents - $130 (per hour)/Non-residents - $150 (per hour)

There is a $550 security deposit required.
